Conchas

Conchas

$75.00

Mexican conchas are beloved, traditional sweet breads (pan dulce) known for their soft, brioche-like interior and a crunchy, sugary topping scored to look like a seashell, which gives them their name ("concha" means shell in Spanish). These fluffy rolls are often flavored with vanilla or cinnamon, come in various colors (white, pink, brown), and are perfect for dipping in coffee or hot chocolate (like Chocolate Abuelita) for breakfast or a snack.
