Come learn how to make FRESH Mozzarella!
You’ll learn about the best milk to use, how to make your own cheese curd with liquid rennet, and the techniques on how to form the mozzarella.
We’ll serve it simply with sourdough bread, fresh basil, heirloom tomatoes, and balsamic vinegar.

KitchAcademy offers all classes as private lessons in your home.

It is strongly recommended that you wear close toed shoes.
Bonus if they are non-slip soles.
