We will be going over the 5 mother sauces and what they are. 

1. Béchamel
2. Velouté
3. Espagnole
4. Tomato
5. Hollandaise

You will receive recipes for all 5 mother sauces. 

You will prepare the easiest mother sauce, Béchamel, and transform it to Mornay Sauce (cheese sauce), and you will prepare the most difficult mother sauce, Hollandaise.

We will be utilizing both sauces in macaroni and cheese, and poached eggs with asparagus.

$40 per person.

We bring everything to you.
